At Floine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Floine account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
